The hotline is staffed with helpful, knowledgeable technical support representatives ready to assist with system set-up and answer LATITUDE-related questions. LATITUDE Patient Support Hotline »Collaborative CareBecause data collected by the LATITUDE Patient Management system is available online, the entire healthcare team, including the primary cardiologist, can stay informed about the patient’s current cardiac health status. The power to share patient information helps implanting doctors collaborate with the primary cardiologist to provide more comprehensive care to their patients.Easy Integration into any EMR SystemFor clinics working with a large population of patients with ICDs or CRT-Ds, managing device information can be time-consuming and labor intensive. You need access to patient data in order to deliver quality care. To that end, the LATITUDE Patient Management system now has the capability to integrate with any EMR system.The LATITUDE system uses HL7® (Health Level Seven) interface standards and data encryption technology to securely send device interrogation data to your clinic’s network. From there, this data may be imported into your EMR or device management system. Contact your EMR vendor to learn more about their capabilities for handling data using HL7 industry standards.
